Stem cells injection is a non-invasive procedure that uses your pluripotent stem cells contained in your own fat to stimulate your skin cells to improve hydration, increase cell turnover, collagen production and elastin for firmer, younger, brighter skin.

Technique:
First, a fat sample is taken (abdomen, inner thighs) under local anesthesia. Then, the fat is prepared by a series of centrifugations in order to recover the stromal fraction of the eSVF (enhanced stromal vascular fraction) rich in stem cells. An adapted anesthesia is performed on the face and then reinjection of the stem cells through micro-cannulas in the superficial and deep dermis.

Before surgery:
Stop smoking at least 2 weeks before surgery
Do not take Aspirin 10 days before surgery, inform Dr. Lucas of any anticoagulant medication (Sintrom, Coumadin, Eliquis, etc..) to arrange for its discontinuation or replacement.
Take Arnica capsules 5 times a day for 5 days before the operation if you are prone to bruising.
