The length of the penis can be increased by 2 to 4 cm at rest, by cutting the anterior part of the suspensory ligament. This increase in length will only be seen to a very limited extent during erection, unless liposuction of the pubic area is associated with it.
It is also possible to increase the circumference of the penis, thanks to hyaluronic acid or fat injections, by 2 to 3.5 cm. This difference will be seen significantly at rest and more discreetly when erect.
Technique of penile augmentation:
Local anesthesia. Incision of 3 cm in the shape of an inverted V at the base of the penis, hidden in the hairy area and in the natural shadows. The anterior part of the suspensory ligament is freed and incised. Closure, then placement of biological surgical glue.
Sometimes, liposuction of the pubic area is associated to optimize the result.

Before surgery:
Stop smoking 1 month before
Do not take Aspirin 10 days before surgery, inform Dr. Lucas of any anticoagulant medication (Sintrom, Coumadin, Eliquis, etc..) to arrange for its discontinuation or replacement.
Take Arnica capsules 5 times a day for 5 days before surgery to prevent hematoma
Shave pubic area 3 days before surgery.

No sexual activity for 2 weeks

Desinfection of the scar with Merfen for 7 days twice a day.
No wearing of tight underwear and no sexual activity for 3 weeks.
Shower from the 2nd day: for 10 days, do not rub too hard, dry with a clean cloth by dabbing.
Preventive antibiotic therapy for 3 days with Augmentin 1 g twice a day.
Control Dr Lucas 2 days, 1 week, 3 weeks, 3 months.
Complications of the penile augmentation:
- Infection, hematoma
- Decreased sensitivity on the back of the penis: it comes back the first weeks
- Penile augmentation and erection: there is no consequence on the erection, following this type of intervention.
