The circumference of the penis can be increased by 2 to 3.5 cm with hyaluronic acid or fat injections. This difference will be seen significantly at rest and more discreetly in erection.<\/p>\n

The length can also be increased by 2 to 4 cm at rest, by cutting the anterior part of the suspensory ligament<\/a><\/p>\n

Technique:<\/h3>\n

Hyaluronic acid:<\/b> filling with a cannula after local anesthesia
\nLipofilling:<\/b> fat removal (often internal knee or abdomen) under local anesthesia (no pain with an appropriate anesthesia), decantation and specific preparation of the fat (purified fat, rich in stem cells) and then reinjection by the same technique as hyaluronic acid.<\/p>\n

Results :<\/h3>\n

Time to final results: <\/b>
\nHyaluronic acid: immediate
\nLipofilling: 4-7 days, after a period of swelling, you will see 80% of the result. During the first 3 months, there is a natural resorption of fat of 10 to 30%, which reaches 80% in smokers.<\/p>\n

Longevity results : <\/b>
\nHyaluronic acid: 3-12 months
\nLipofilling: 5-10 years<\/p>\n

Before surgery: <\/b>
\nStop smoking 1 month before lipofilling
\nDo not take Aspirin 10 days before surgery, inform Dr. Lucas of any anticoagulant medication (Sintrom, Coumadin, Eliquis, etc.) to arrange for its discontinuation or replacement.
\nTake Arnica capsules 5 times a day for 5 days before surgery to prevent hematoma.
\nContraindications hyaluronic acid: autoimmune diseases.<\/p>\n

\nLipofilling:<\/b> swelling and hematoma for 4-7 days
\nSuture removal:<\/b> no sutures
\nReturn to work:<\/b> immediate

Instructions for penile augmentation:<\/h3>\n

Hyaluronic acid<\/b>
\nControl by Dr Lucas 2 weeks, 3 months.
\nNo sexual activity for 2 weeks.<\/p>\n

Lipofilling<\/b>
\nDisinfection of the entry points with Merfen disinfection for 7 days.
\nDo not compress the fat injection area (risk of fat loss) for 3 weeks: therefore do not wear tight underwear and do not have sexual activity for 3 weeks.
\nShower from day 1: for 10 days, do not rub too hard, dry with a clean cloth and dab.
\nStop smoking for good to prevent fat resorption.
\nLyman 50,000 IU cream twice a day on fat harvesting areas.
\nPreventive antibiotic therapy with Augmentin 1 g twice a day for 3 days.
\nDr Lucas control 2 days, 1 week, 3 weeks, 3 months.<\/p>\n
