<\/p>\nThe length of the penis can be increased by 2 to 4 cm at rest, by cutting the anterior part of the suspensory ligament. This increase in length will only be seen to a very limited extent during erection, unless liposuction of the pubic area is associated with it.<\/p>\n
It is also possible to increase the circumference of the penis, thanks to hyaluronic acid or fat injections, by 2 to 3.5 cm. This difference will be seen significantly at rest and more discreetly when erect.<\/p>\n
