Dr. Lucas has a range of about 30 mesotherapies, with specific properties and treatment areas, which can be combined with each other.<\/p>\n<p>Mesotherapy can improve hydration, increase cell renewal, collagen production and elastin for firmer, younger and brighter skin. It can also be injected into the hair to improve thickness and shine.<\/p>\n<p><b>Indications of mesotherapy:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improvement of skin hydration, shine and texture on the face and neck<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of fine lines and pigment spots<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of the color of dark circles<\/li>\n<li>Increased hair density, thickness and shine<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of cellulite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technique:<\/h3>\n<p>An appropriate anesthesia is performed and then mesotherapy is injected with microneedles (similar to those used for Botox\u00ae) every 5 mm into the superficial dermis.<\/p>\n<h3>Results:<\/h3>\n<p><b>Time to final results:<\/b> 3 &#8211; 6 weeks<br \/>\n<b>Longevity of results:<\/b> 6 months<\/p>\n<h3>Before the procedure :<\/h3>\n<p>Do not take Aspirin 10 days before surgery, inform Dr. Lucas of any anticoagulant medication (Sintrom, Coumadin, Eliquis, etc&#8230;) in order to arrange for its discontinuation or replacement.<br \/>\nTake Arnica capsules 5 times a day for 5 days before the operation if you are prone to bruising.<\/p>\n<h3>Procedure :<\/h3>\n<p><b>Pain:<\/b> the pain during the intervention will be almost non-existent, with an adapted anesthesia<br \/>\n<b>Duration of the procedure:<\/b> 60 minutes<br \/>\n<b>Anesthesia:<\/b> topical by cream or local by nerve blocks<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> office<br \/>\n<b>Outpatient (without hospitalization)<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>After the procedure :<\/h3>\n<p><b>Post-operative pain:<\/b> no<br \/>\n<b>Social eviction:<\/b> no (sometimes small hematomas for a few days)<br \/>\n<b>Return to work:<\/b> immediate<br \/>\n<b>Return to sport:<\/b> 2-3 days<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions :<\/h3>\n<p>Take Arnica 5 capsules 5 times a day for 5 days after surgery to prevent hematoma<br \/>\nControl Dr Lucas 3 weeks. <\/p>\n<h3>Complications<\/h3>\n<p>Infection, hematoma<br \/>\nNerve or vessel damage<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Principle of mesotherapy: Mesotherapy is a non-invasive procedure to inject a substance composed of vitamins, plant-derived active agents and enzymes.
